In memory of Dr. Scott Davis, a former member of the Rotary Club of Paso Robles and whose parents and brother are current members. We hope that if this AED is ever needed, it will save a life.
The Rotary Club of Paso Robles is honored to be able to donate the money for a new AED cabinet at Barney Schwartz Park in remembrance of Dr. Scott Davis. The Davis family are long-time members of our Club and this will benefit our entire community.
The new AED unit is a SaveHeart Cabinet and one of nearly one dozen other AED units in the City of Paso Robles' AED Program. These units are maintained by the City of Paso Robles. The City departments hope to increase public access, awareness, and education.
As of April, 2024, there are City maintained units located at:
- Downtown City Park (SaveStation Kiosk), along the east path to the Carnegie Library building.
- Downtown City of Paso Robles Library, behind the checkout desk.
- Downtown City of Paso Robles Council Chambers, Hallway entrance to chambers.
- Municipal Pool @ 26th Street, in the therapy pool office.
- Centennial Park Conference Building, Main entrance, reception area.
- Centennial Park Teen Center/Gymnasium, Entry hallway.
- Centennial Park Pool Building (SaveHeart Cabinet), Pool entrance wall.
- Senior Center, Scott Street. The left wall of the reception area.
- Veterans Center, Scott Street. Behind the administration desk.
