In addition to all the wonderful ways the Rotary Club of Paso Robles is involved in our local community through its programs and activities, the Club also supports and participates in a range of humanitarian activities around the globe every year.

School for Girls in Afghanistan

Most recently, the Rotary Club of Paso Robles has partnered with the La Jolla Golden Triangle Rotary Club in supporting a school for girls in Jalalabad, Afghanistan.
Specifically, our Club contributed the funds that made it possible for the school to hire a computer lab instructor where the girls in grades 7 to 12 could learn computer skills that could be useful in further education or beginning of a career. Smiles are truly international!

Vision Clinic in Costa Rica

A group of local Rotarians traveled to Alejuela, Costa Rica, to host a vision clinic for the needy in partnership with the Rotary Club of Alajuela. The group spent two days at two different locations for the vision clinics, giving out 670 eyeglasses for those in need.

Uganda Children’s Fund

Recent international projects our Club has supported include partnering with the Achon Uganda Children’s Fund to sponsor a student for an entire school year.
The Rotary Club of Paso Robles supports the Polio Plus Project globally.
